Brooke M. Rawlinson

Attorney at Law

Brooke graduated from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School in Provo, Utah. While in law school, Brooke was the co-president of the Native American Law Student Association and was a board member of the Government and Politics Legal Society. She also volunteered at a weekly clinic in Provo where she talked with clients through their family law questions. After law school, Brooke moved to Las Vegas to complete a clerkship with Judge David S. Gibson, Jr. at the Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division. As a law clerk for Judge Gibson, Brooke worked on juvenile dependency and juvenile delinquency matters.

Prior to law school, Brooke attended Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University), in St. George, Utah, graduating summa cum lade with her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Social Justice. When she isn’t working Brooke tries to spend as much time outside, no matter the weather, playing sports and being active.

Brooke is licensed to practice in Nevada and Utah.
