Racheal H. Mastel

Racheal Mastel is a partner with Kainen Law Group, PLLC. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a member of the International Academy of Family Law Attorneys, a Nevada Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law for 15 years, resolving contested cases, both by litigation through trial and by settlement as well as litigating Family Law Appeals.
Ms. Mastel has taught nationally for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and for the Nevada Family Law Section and has authored extensive CLE materials on various aspects related to the practice of family law for family law programs throughout the country. She was appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court to the Rules of Civil Procedure Committee, to conduct a major review and overhaul of all of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure as the representative of the Family Law Section on that Committee.
As a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Ms. Mastel has assisted with the creation of CLE programs, has been a co-author and co-editor on several Amicus Briefs to the Nevada and United States Supreme Courts, and is an author and editor on the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Journal published by UMKC Law School.
Ms. Mastel is licensed to practice in both Nevada and Kansas.
